Investment Advance Terms:

  1. The total investment advance, along with the interest, must be paid back within agreed period  from the date of disbursement.
  2. An administration fee will be applied.
  3. The advance is backed by collateral provided by the applicant.
  4. Failure to meet repayment terms may result in forfeiture of the collateral and potential legal action.
